I was a little concerned, that this was another scam. But my desire to see CNN without paying the cable company $79 a month was too great - so I broke down and paid the one time $49.95 ---- Because, I was waiting for a problem, a problem did occur.
That's when I found out the software was temperamental. After paying, and then downloading the software, I immediately went to the International news station.
It was working, I could see and hear the news station clearly.
I had to leave my computer for several hours and when I returned, I couldn't get the program to work again.
Finally, I got upset and just turned off the computer. But when I went back online, I tried the software again - and there it was!
You have to give the software time to connect to your channel (20 seconds) Then you have to be sure that you are logged out of the software completely before you can bring the program back up, or you will get lots of error messages.
